Returning For Replacement or Store Credit

This warranty covers the watch movement against manufacturers’ defects for 12 months from the date of receipt.

If there is a problem with the quality of your watch you can return it and get an exchange or store credit.

Once we have received your watch back and verify it meets our warranty criteria, the exchange/store credit will be processed.

The warranty does not cover;

Please be advised that the warranty does not extend to the case, plating, glass, or band/strap. Damage resulting from accidental events, misuse, neglect, or inexperienced repairs is not covered. Discoloration, general wear and tear, theft, and any loss or damage incurred while the watch is not in our possession, including transit by any means, are also not covered. Additionally, batteries are not covered under this warranty.

The warranty also does not cover water demander. The designation “3, 5, or 10 ATM Water Resistant” indicates that this watch can withstand brief immersion in water, such as being caught in the rain. However, it is not suitable for bathing, showering, or diving.

This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not included.

In case of replacement, Amavi Watches Ltd. cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided.
