Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including factory seals/adhesive protective stickers. Products cannot be sized or altered, nor watch links removed. If the product has been sized or altered, the product will not be accepted for an exchange or return. 

Amavi Watches reserves the right to refuse credit or the exchange of any item returned incomplete, in a non-saleable condition, due to negligence, damage, or abuse. The customer will be notified of this decision. All accompanying documents must be returned. Items that we cannot accept will be returned at the customer’s expense.

If an item is purchased with a gift, as part of a promotion, both the purchased item and the gift must be returned to qualify for a refund. If the gift is not returned, the customer will be charged the price of the gift from their refund.

If multiple items are purchased as part of a promotion where there is a discount for ordering more than one item, but only part of the order is returned, the discount will be considered forfeited and deducted from the refund.

By placing an order with Amavi Watches, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. 


To start a return, you can contact us at info@amaviwatches.com. To help speed up the process, please quote your Order Number in the email subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/outlet items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
